On business days, we prepare orders immediately when they are received, to get as many as possible on that day's outgoing truck.
FULL AND MIXED CASES ship for free, normally by UPS Ground (ex. AK, HI).
You can reduce your shipping expenses on individual boxes; by ordering more boxes, less often; and by having your order shipped to an address UPS classifies as commercial (your work address, or perhaps a UPS store or mailbox service). Consider Priority Mail for orders of 4 boxes or less - particularly to residential addresses. Please make sure the shipping address you provide is appropriate for the shipping method you select. If you would like to change your shipping address, you will have a chance at checkout, or click on "My Account" at the top of the page, and select "Manage your shipping addresses," under "Personal Information."
Small shipments of 3 boxes or less can normally go via Priority Mail for $11.35 shipping, or 4 boxes for $15.45 - AK and HI included!
NOTE-- READ THIS FOR AK, HI, APO / FPO SHIPMENTS: Shipping charges may be higher than indicated on our website. Cost of shipments outside the 48 States can vary considerably based on location (you know who you are!). In any event, we will work with you to get you your order when you need it, with reasonable shipping.
Generally, plan on ordering as many cases as you can at once if you are in AK or HI, or at least a full or mixed case - to reduce shipping expense.
Full cases can usually ship to HI, and to many locations in AK, for free via USPS Parcel Post.
Small shipments of 3 boxes or less can normally go via Priority Mail for $10.70 shipping, or 4 boxes for $14.50
If you place an order shipping to AK or HI, and we can do so, we will ship it via USPS Parcel Post (or Priority Mail for small shipments, if you have selected that option). If a downward adjustment to the shipping charges displayed on the website is needed, we will make it when we process your order. Or, if the shipping to your particular location is excessive, we will contact you prior to shipping your order with any additional charges. If you require shipment by a particular method, you MUST include that info in the "ORDER COMMENTS" box at checkout. Please e-mail or call us at (925)784-8044 if you need more info about shipments outside of the 48 contiguous states - we're happy to help. We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.A., except to APO / FPO addresses.
APO / FPO - Please contact us if you wish to upgrade to the sometimes MUCH faster Priority Mail shipping for full case orders. For orders of 4 boxes or less, simply select the Priority Mail option during checkout. THANK YOU TROOPS!
