Free shipping is sometimes not available to AK and HI, but we will work with you and provide an equitable discount. Our shipping estimator is useless for this, and we do not guarantee its reliability to AK and HI addresses. BUT - We will work with you to get you your order with reasonable shipping. USPS Parcel Post is often the most cost effective option here, but will generally be slower. Usually, we can offer free shipping to HI, if you are willing to accept Parcel Post.  Shipments to AK vary considerably based on location.  Please call or e-mail us prior to placing an order for shipment outside of the 48 contiguous states, or if you prefer, place your order and we will contact you with any shipping surcharge prior to shipping your order.
