How do I return an item? GLOVE CUSTOMERS - IMPORTANT - Please take advantage of our free sample program to get your size right BEFORE ORDERING.  Black Lightning gloves run small - often one full size.  E-mail info@On-SiteSupplyOnline.com including your sample request, and shipping info, for free samples.  Please note, we may use either UPS or USPS to ship your samples, so if your address for these is different (PO Box, etc), please include both. In the interest of good hygiene for all, and of providing our scientific customers with products as free as possible of unpredictable contaminants, we reserve the right to limit or deny returns.  If you have any doubts about your order, please call or e-mail us.  Also, returned packages containing gloves, in unsalable condition, or showing evidence of liquid or other potentially contaminating exposure, will not receive credit.  All returns must be shipped prepaid and recieved within 14 days of the invoice date.  All returns require an authorizaton #.  Please contact customer service to request a return authorization or for more information at: info@on-sitesupplyonline.com or (925) 784-8044.
