Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  During the business day, please call us (925) 784-3522 - IMMEDIATELY! We try to get orders out as quickly as possible, and as our freight pickup time approaches, some orders are literally processed and on the way minutes from being placed..
During weekends or off hours, you can click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
 

We have the shipper (typically FedEx) send a tracking email to you at shipment (does not apply to USPS shipping). We also send our own shipping confirmation for all orders with tracking information. Please check your inbox (and junk folder) for these, as this is usually the best way to get info on your shipment.

My order never arrived.

When will my backorder arrive?
  We ship immediately from stock on hand, so backorders are very rare for us, as we don't offer what we don't have. We all know computers can be tricky!  If our site somehow allows you to place an order for something it shouldn't have, or for a large quantity that we can't immediately fulfill, we will contact you immediately to find a solution.  If we have noted your preferred item as temporarily unavailable, please contact us.  We may have a solution, or we can manage a backorder for you.
